What we do
At the Center, consultants work with athletes to help them reach their potential through mental training. Athletes are given tools that are useful for their goals. There are a variety of areas that athletes wish to work on including but not limited to improving focus, increasing motivation, controlling anxiety, returning from an injury, and having consistent confidence.

- Change your thinking with reframing skills and positive self-talk.
