Services and Age Ranges

• Needs Assessments, Parental Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for youth and adults, Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Psychiatry, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

•   Outpatient services is all age ranges, for PHP program are for ages 6+.

Things you will need at the time of Scheduling

• Insurance Information, Date of Birth, Address, Phone Number, Email, and Emergency Contact.

• For PHP's Primary Care Provider, for children who are attending school, information on what school they are attending. Current Therapist and any other Mental Health Practitioner they are working with.
