Services and Age Ranges

  • Pediatric Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy
  • Ages birth to 18
  • Occupational therapy is individualized evaluation and treatment for the success of occupations or daily activities. Your child's life is made up of many occupations including, but not limited to play skills, school or academic learning, sleeping and independence with functional daily skills such as dressing and eating.
  • Physical therapy is the evaluation and treatment of gross motor skills, focusing on strength, balance and coordination. The goal of physical therapy is to meet your child where they are at and challenge them to become as functionally independent and mobile as possible.
  • Speech therapy is the evaluation, treatment and support of children with speech, language, social-communication and swallowing difficulties. Services are recommended based on each child as an individual as they have their own strengths and challenges.  


How to Access Services & Schedule an Appointment

  • Patients must obtain a referral from their primary provider for the services they are requesting. Referrals can be faxed to 507-388-2108. Once the referral is received, our clinic will contact the caregiver to schedule.

  • Insurance Card Information, Date of Birth, Address, Email, Phone Number, Presenting Problem, and Child's Health History.
