How to Access Services & Schedule an Appointment

• 507-642-5200 Call to speak with reception about making an appointment for either psychiatry (medication management) or psychotherapy.  They will either send you a packet to complete or give you directions to one of our clinics to obtain a packet.

Things you will need at the time of Scheduling

• Will need a completed packet that we can send out once you call and express interest in services.

Insurance Information

• Almost all insurance is accepted including medicare & Medicaid.
