Services and Age Ranges

• Provides outpatient psychotherapy for all ages focusing on troublesome behaviors, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions. Leo Hoffman Center mostly has individual sessions but will offer family counseling.

• Offers Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS), children need to be under 18 and diagnosed with an emotional disturbance or between 18-20 and diagnosed with a mental illness. Outpatient Sex-specific treatment is provided to all ages.

• Name, Date of Birth, Age, Email, and Presenting Concerns

Insurance Information

• Leo Hoffman Center accepts Accepts most private health insurances and Minnesota Health Care Plans (MHCP).  Commercial insurance will cover Diagnostic Assessments, Individual, Group, and Family therapy.  However commercial insurance will not cover services provided by Mental Health Practitioners for skills training. Only Medical Assistance, PMAP's (e.g. South Country Health Alliance, Blue Plus etc.) and MNCare cover these services.
