Services and Age Ranges

• Eunoia Family Resource Center provides Outpatient mental health services providing individual, couple, and family counseling. Play therapy also provided. Psychiatry is offered via telehealth.

• Eunoia also offers a range of assessments such as, PHQ9, GAD7, Cage, Locus, Casi, and Rorschach.

How to Access Services & Schedule an Appointment

• To make an appointment go to https://mentalhealthmn.com/appointment/ and click on "Make an Appointment".

• Once all the information is filled out Eunoia Family Resource Center will contact you with available times.  

Things you will need at the time of Scheduling

• Full Name, Email, Date of Birth, Phone Number, and Insurance Card Information.

Insurance Information

• Eunoia Family Resource Center accepts insurance for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Medicare, Preferred One, Prime West, Tricare, MN Help, and UCare.

• Eunoia Family Resource Center requests you contact your insurance provider to see what insurance coverage may look like for you.
