Services and Age Ranges

• Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota provides comprehensive adult services including individual, couples, DBT Based Group Therapy, and psychological assessments. Children and family services are also offered.

• Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota serves clients as young as six months and services for those into later adulthood.  

How to Access Services & Schedule an Appointment

• Call 507-931-8040 to make an appointment. For first appointment you will need to select Intake Information when prompted to on the phone call.

• At the conclusion of the phone call you will either have an appointment or be put on a waitlist and receive a call later.  

Things you will need at the time of Scheduling

• Insurance Card Information, Date of Birth, Address, Email, Phone Number, and Presenting Problem.

Insurance Information

• Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota accepts insurance for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Medicare, Preferred One, UCare, Medicare, Medical Assistance, and Others.
