Services and Age Ranges

• Outpatient diagnostic assessments for adults and children, individual therapy, couples & family therapy, case management services, and group therapy for adults.

• Conducts assessments regarding psychiatric evaluation and diagnostic assessments.

• Age ranges include 5+ for assessments and therapy. For case management children must be younger than 18.

Things you will need at the time of Scheduling

• Name, Date of Birth, Email, Insurance information, and Presenting concerns.

Insurance Information

• Some health plans will cover counseling if there is a mental health diagnosis. As a service Catholic Charities will bill insurance companies and other third party payers but cannot guarantee such benefits or the amount covered. We are providers in a number of Employee Assistance Programs.
