Services and Age Ranges

• Outpatient diagnostic assessments for adults and children, individual therapy, couples & family therapy, case management services, and group therapy for adults.

• Conducts assessments regarding psychiatric evaluation and diagnostic assessments.
• Age ranges include 5+ for assessments and therapy. For case management children must be younger than 18.  Conducts assessments regarding psychiatric evaluation and diagnostic assessments.

• General information and presenting problem will be needed to make an appointment.

• After the call an appointment will be scheduled.

• Insurance Card Information, Date of Birth, Address, Email, Phone Number, and Presenting Problem.

Insurance Information

• Blue Earth Mental Health Center accepts most. health insurance plans along with Medicare, Medical Assistance, Minnesota Care and other third-party payments are accepted. Individuals without insurance pay privately, and a sliding fee scale for services is available to individuals who meet the eligibility and income guidelines.
