Services and Age Ranges

• Services include, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, veteran services, and youth focused services. ASC Psychological Services also offers a Treatment, Recovery, and Education Center for Children and Adolescents (TREC).

• Age Ranges include 5 or older for therapy. Ages 5-18 are accepted for the Treatment, Recovery, and Education Center for Children and Adolescents (TREC).

How to Access Services & Schedule an Appointment

• Call 507-345-4679 to make an appointment.

• Appointments can also be made at https://www.ascpsychological.com/ through the Get Started tab, once the information is filled out ASC will give you a call to set up an appointment.

Things you will need at the time of Scheduling

• Insurance Card

• Name, Date of Birth, Age, Email, and Presenting Concerns

Insurance Information

• ASC Psychological Services are in-network for many major insurance companies, including BCBS, Medica, Medical Assistance, MNCare, Ucare, SCHA, HealthPartners and United Behavioral Health. If you are insured by a different provider, please contact us to find out if we are in-network. If we are out-of-network, we can help you find out if your insurance offers out-of-network benefits or a single-case-agreement option.

• Veterans and families have a variety of additional coverage options, including VA Community Care, Tricare, CHAMP VA, and through our partnership with the LSS CORE program.
