Services and Age Ranges

• Individual Therapy, Couples Counseling, Family Therapy, and Therapeutic Skills support for children and adults of all ages. Rehabilitative Group Therapy and Play Therapy are also offered.

• Level 1 and Level 2 assessments including low level ADHD and Autism Assessments.

• Adult, Child, and Family Services will not diagnose based on this assessment; they will refer you to a psychologist for a diagnosis.

• Age ranges include a couple of months old to 18 along with adults ranging from 18 to older adulthood.

How to Access Services & Schedule an Appointment

• To schedule an appointment a child or adult intake packet will need to be filled out.

• Once intake paperwork is filled out you will be put on a waiting list and Adult, Child, and Family Services will give you a call to schedule your appointment.

Things you will need at the time of Scheduling

• Insurance Card

• Details about client's age, address, employer or school, and presenting concerns.

Insurance Information

• Adult, Child, and Family Services carries Blue Plus, South Country, UCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Preferred One, Medicaid, Medica, County Assistance Program, and Aetna for insurances.

• If your insurance company is not contracted with Adult, Child, and Family Services they will not be able to bill your insurance company, you can still gain services from Adult, Child, and Family Services if you are willing to pay for the service without submitting to insurance.
