The Not Nice Ones
By John Karpinski
We look around and are filled with envy.
We see the adults and children speak.
They talk and don't have to ever think.
For us it is complicated and never easy.
The thoughts in our heads are clear.
We know what we want to say.
From brain to mouth we lose our way.
People gawk and can't help to leer.
Reactions are filled with
Pity
Fear
Impatience
Disgust
Sarcasm
