Teaching

Nikki has a strong passion for teaching, mentoring and clinical leadership. She believes in leading by example, investing in others, and creating opportunities for individuals to recognize and develop their unique strengths. Nikki enjoys supporting students as they build clinical skills, gain confidence and grow into the clinicians they aspire to become. She is committed to fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes growth, reflection, curiosity and excellence in clinical practice while inspiring a lifelong love of learning.

Nikki is a speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping clients build meaningful communication skills and confidence. Her areas of interest include childhood apraxia of speech, pediatric language disorders, literacy-based intervention, augmentative and alternative communication, autism and neurodiversity, feeding, and dementia-related cognitive-communication disorders.
