I have had the privilege of holding roles in nursing education and leadership. My most fulfilling role has been that of a nursing professor. Most recently, I served as the Nursing Academic BSN Program Director, where I oversaw program operations and curriculum development. Additionally, I have led the RN to BSN National Curriculum and served as ABSN Nursing Director.

For a decade, I taught in an online RN-BSN Program across multiple states. Previously, I was a Dean of Nursing and National Practical Nursing Dean. I have had the opportunity to be a Subject Matter Expert for various nursing programs, focusing on Holistic Approaches to Healthcare with DEI integration.

I began my teaching journey at MSU-Moorhead as Adjunct Nursing Faculty and served as an International Preceptor in Huehuetenango, Guatemala for their RN to BSN students.

My clinical experience spans various healthcare settings, including coordinating patient medication management in home healthcare, and roles as a nurse specialist and nurse manager in women's health. In acute care, I worked as an RN float lead across medical-surgical, ICU, and Pediatrics/Obstetrics departments, and assumed charge nurse duties in the Emergency Room and Acute Care units. I also worked as a paramed coordinator, collaborating with community partners to ensure seamless patient care across Minnesota's upper northern region.
