The Role of CDC and OSHA in your Dental Office

  • Describe OSHA standards relating to the dental environment
  • Identify and describe CDC infection control recommendations
  • Describe OSHA compliant record keeping and steps to follow if an OSHA audit is necessary
  • Describe potential hazards in the dental environment and the control methods necessary to comply with OSHA safety standards

Speaker:

 Maryanne Ferree, RDH, BS, PHDHP, CDIPC

  • Dental Hygiene degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine
  • BS in Dental Hygiene Education from the University of Pittsburgh
  • Thirty-eight years of clinical practice
  • Currently clinical faculty in a Department of Periodontics and Preventive Dentistry

Cost: $25, includes parking.
