Social Work 50th Anniversary Celebration

Please join the Minnesota State University, Mankato Department of Social Work to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the accreditation of the Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) program! We are now accepting reservations for our Social Work 50th Anniversary Celebration scheduled for Saturday, April 20, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Minnesota State Mankato Centennial Student Union Ballroom. This event is free, but we would like to ensure an accurate count for food, drinks, and seating.
We will also be updating everyone on our new fundraising initiative during this event, $50,000 for the Next 50 Years, which we kicked off Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

How you can participate in the celebration:
- RSVP for the celebration on April 20, 2024!
- Forward this link to your classmates and other alumni you are connected with.
- Update your Alumni Association information so we know how to best be in contact with you.
- Follow our 50th Anniversary Celebration Facebook event page and be sure to like our Facebook page, too!
- Start setting aside photos - we'd love for you to share your pictures and memories with us!
