Recap: Senior Smiles event
The 2022 "Senior Smiles" event at Minnesota State University, Mankato provided free oral health services to 72 area senior citizens.
During the one-day event, Dental Education students and faculty performed exams, panoramic x-rays, bitewing x-rays, cleanings, fluoride varnishes, and sealants.
The event, which was covered by local media, is part of our Dental Education's goals of providing oral health care to those who often lack access to dental care.
