Phi Upsilon Omicron (Phi U), the oldest national honor society in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS), created and hosted a mindfulness exhibit for students, staff and faculty.

The event, called "Living Mindfully" took place in the University Dining Center and provided a variety of engaging activities around physical and mental health, being active, staying organized, and managing stress.

The students also worked with the Minnesota State Mankato campus dietitian to provide nutrition information and to ensure all health and safety guidelines were met.

Phi U is the Beta Gamma Chapter of the national Phi U. To learn more about Phi U contact Jae Min Lee, Family Consumer Science.
