PROFILE:

As the Administrative Assistant for Allied Health and Nursing Advising, I provide administrative support for the professional advising staff and help manage the daily operations of the Advising Office. As the first point of contact for students, families, and campus partners, I assist prospective, new, and continuing students with coordinating advising appointments, navigating academic processes, and connecting with campus resources. I also support communication between students and advisors, helping ensure students receive timely information and guidance throughout their academic journey.

This role allows me to combine my passion for creativity with my background in community service to support student success and the university's broader advising initiatives. I believe my role is instrumental in creating and maintaining a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment, so students feel connected, valued and supported as they work toward their academic and personal goals. 

Alongside me is Finn, my service dog, whom I received through Soldier's 6. With the support of their exceptional trainers, Finn and I completed specialized training tailored to my individual needs. Finn is an important part of my daily life and work experience. If you would like to say hello or pet Finn, you're welcome to do so, just please ask first!
