Becoming a Community Partner
Thank you for your interest in becoming a community partner with us! Your partnership will assist students with their development into competent professional social workers in the workforce.
Our practicum program prioritizes a strong relationship between our students, faculty, and communities. We offer training and support to you and your staff to ensure you feel comfortable and competent in helping prepare students for their careers. The Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) curriculums prepare students to work as generalist and advanced generalist professionals. The Department of Social Work is nationally accredited, and we work together to ensure our future social workers meet the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE) nine competencies by the time they graduate. Partnerships with agencies like yours help us achieve this.
