As a community partner, you would help guide students as they put their classroom learning into practice and gain experience before graduation. This creates a reciprocal learning experience between students, practicum instructors/agency, and social work faculty. You offer real world practice experience to students. Students bring new ideas and research back to you. Faculty integrate students’ real-world experience into the classroom. Your involvement creates an exciting opportunity for all of us to work together for the future of social work and our communities.
