Course Description: Review and application of a structured model for reviewing the forensic opinions of other rehabilitation experts in a wide variety of litigation areas. Special attention to issues surrounding the use of transferable skills analysis, commercial software, D.O.T. and O*NET, labor market information, and Life Care Plans in litigation. Demonstrate knowledge of areas of strength and weakness within the written and oral opinions of forensic rehabilitation and economic experts and others involved in a particular case. 2.
