Alcohol and Drug Studies Minor Requirements

Track One: Alcohol and Drug Counseling Track

This track includes the Alcohol and Drug Studies Core Courses and the Internship Experience. Students will be eligible to pursue licensure in the State of Minnesota as an alcohol and drug counselor with the completion of this track. Minnesota licensure requires passing a written and oral examination.

Track Two: Alcohol and Drug Studies Track

This track includes only the Alcohol and Drug Studies Core Courses. Without the internship experience, students will not be eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as an alcohol and drug counselor.
