A minor with a foucs in Child Development and Family Studies is useful to students going into professions related to health and human services, especially those who will work with children and families.  Students may choose any combination of 20 credits from the list below; other courses require advisor approval. A minor in this area enables students to become Certified Family Life Educators through the National Council on Family Relations.  Contact Dr. Heather Von Bank or Dr. Dan Moen for more information.
