DISCUS: Tardive Dyskinesia Monitoring

Program Description:  This class teaches the skills for monitoring the development and progression of tardive dyskinesia, using the DISCUS rating scale.

Managing Anger & Hostility in the Health Care Work Place

Alzheimer's and Dementia:  Ethical Dimensions of Care

Program Description:  This 14th annual conference will focus on the ethical dimensions of care for those affected by Alzheimer's and dementia.  Ethics will be explored in terms of early detection, vulnerability in home vs. facility care, sexual and intimate expression, and end–of–life care.

Morning Program Description:  Discover how to relieve muscle and joint pain, tension, sinus headaches, and more.  Learn about the human energy system, techniques for pain relief for yourself and others, and the do's and don'ts of energy  healing.  It is not necessary to have a medical background to attend.

Anxiety Disorders

Program Description:  Anxiety is a phenomenon common to all people, and while some anxiety is normal, prolonged and intense anxiety may lead to crippling physical or psychological symptoms.  This course will cover generalized anxiety disorder, post–traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, and obsessive–compulsive disorder.
